Hotelsinus ReeseBassline is a free virtual instrument for sequencers that can take vsti plugins. Features include SAW and Pulse waveforms, Unison and detune, Vertical knob control, F-Filter: LP, HP , BP1, Bp2, Notch with Resonance. It's a nice little plugin for creating reese basslines. Here is a Reese Bass tutorial video by the legendary Sub Focus. This video is an invaluable insight into how Sub Focus makes his Reese Bass sounds using Native Instruments 'Massive' synthesizer. "The reese is named after "Kevin 'Reese' Saunderson", a techno producer. It comes from the 1986 tune Just Want Another Chance. Whilst some smaller dnb tunes may have sampled it beforehand, the first huge dnb tune to sample this bassline and firmly establish it as a staple sound was Ray Keith's Terrorist from 1994."
